According to different dimensions and conditions of use, tungsten crucible have different production processes.Producing processes include sintering, welding, stamping, and spinning; in which sintering is used most widely. Tungsten crucibles shapes have round, square, rectangular and V-shape. For micro tungsten crucibles or small tungsten crucibles, forged tungsten rods can be using lathing or stamping process. Tungsten welding process needs rolled tungsten plates at first ,then to be hot bended ,At last weld it to fix. Spinning process is mainly used for producing thin-walled tungsten crucibles It have high technical requirements.
