Titanium-copper composite rod also called  as titanium-clad copper,which is a copper rod covered with a certain thickness of titanium layer, It is the main component of the metal anode. It combines the excellent electrical conductivity of copper with the excellent corrosion resistance of titanium. It is mainly used in electrolysis, electroplating, hydrometallurgy and metal anode electrolyzers under strong corrosion conditions. On the one hand, it exerts the intermediate material copper The excellent electrical conductivity of the material, on the other hand the corrosion resistance of the coating material, is a high-quality electrode material. The composite rod produced by Ailiai has a composite strength of 135Mpa and a tensile shear strength of 180-260Mpa. It has good electrical conductivity. The micro-resistance of the composite rod is 7.77×10-6Ω, which can greatly reduce the pollution of electrolyte and electroplating solution and save energy. It is energy-saving and environmentally friendly electrode material to improve the environment. It can also produce round, drum, square, flat and other composite rods of different specifications according to user requirements, and can also be bent and assembled welding of different shapes.

The performance of the titanium-copper composite rod: As the main component of the metal anode, the titanium-copper composite rod has the following three functions:

One: Support anode; the titanium-copper composite rod has certain strength and bending resistance, and the yield strength of the composite rod reaches 128MPa, which fully meets the requirements of production design.

Two: Excellent electrical conductivity; the use of explosion + rolling production process enables titanium and copper to be completely compacted without delamination, so it has good electrical conductivity, the composite strength reaches 135Mpa, and the micro-resistance is 7.77×10-6Ω.

Three: Corrosion resistance, the outer layer of the titanium-copper composite rod is directly in contact with the electrolytic medium. The pure titanium of the outer layer has excellent corrosion resistance (see the following table), and its life is more than 10 times longer than that of other material electrodes.
