Recently, the production line of the special vehicle branch factory of China North Jianglu Electromechanical Group came with good news, and the first titanium alloy car body pressure bottom deck was successfully produced in the company's special vehicle branch factory. Titanium alloy car body is a key scientific research project of Jianglu Group, and the bottom deck pressure type is one of the key links.
All parties work together to efficiently promote the trial production process, from the early mold machine to the later pressure type test with full guidance, and record the data of each test in detail. The production staff of the special vehicle branch factory are not afraid of the hot heat and work overtime. In the mold machine addition stage, the "8 to 8" production mode is implemented to win precious time for the thermal pressure test. In the thermal pressure test production, many simulation tests and trial production pressure type processing were carried out.
Because the titanium alloy has high strength and poor plasticity, the early trial production progress is not smooth, and the product deformation problem occurs in the trial production process. The process Research Institute and the special vehicle branch factory organized and held several problem analysis meetings to coordinate and solve the problems. Finally, with the full cooperation of all units, the quality indexes of the hot-pressed-formed bottom deck meet the requirements of the process design, and the pressure type test is successful.
