The use of metal anodes improves the structure of the electrolytic cell, reduces electrical energy consumption, accelerates the chemical reaction of hypochlorite to chlorate, and thus improves production performance.

4. The anode size is stable, and the distance between electrodes does not change during the electrolysis process, which can ensure that the electrolysis operation is carried out under stable cell voltage.

5. The working voltage is low, so the electricity consumption is small, which can save electricity consumption, and the DC power consumption can be reduced by 10-20%. It can reduce the "bubble shielding effect". The bubbles generated on the surface of the metal anode are relatively small and detach quickly, which greatly reduces the inflation degree between the electrodes. The ohmic drop between the two electrodes is about 700mV, and the diameter of the bubbles is about 3mm;  Reduced the resistance of the anode structure; Shortened the distance between poles.

In the 1960s, the global salt electrolysis industry consumed approximately 150 billion kilowatt hours of electricity annually. With the use of metal anodes, approximately 300 million kilowatt hours of electricity could be saved annually.

6. In chlor alkali production, the use of titanium anodes results in high product quality, high purity of chlorine gas, no CO2, high alkali concentration, and can save heating steam and energy consumption.
