What is extrusion?  What should be paid attention to when extruding?  

Extrusion is a metal plastic processing method by which the metal blank placed in the container (extrusion cylinder) is pressed out of the extrusion die hole by applying external force to obtain the desired section shape and size.  

Titanium and titanium alloy extrusion using hot extrusion, can produce bars, titanium extruding tube and profiles.  

Mould and lubricant are key consumables when extrusion. The commonly used lubrication method is coated with glass lubricant or coated with copper sleeve and coated with graphite based lubricant.  Titanium alloy extrusion is easy to stick to the mold, if poor lubrication, not only will damage the mold, but also make the surface of the extrusion part formed longitudinal groove defect.
