Ruthenium-iridium coated titanium anode belongs to insoluble anode. The ruthenium-iridium coating can firmly bind with titanium substrate, as well as can improve anti-oxidization ability of ruthenium-platinum coating and enhance corrosion resistance. Ruthenium-iridium coated titanium anode is featured with stable performance and low cost, and is in the form of plate-type electrode, tube-type electrode, net-type electrode, bar-type electrode, wire-type electrode, etc. The ruthenium-iridium coated titanium anode is mainly used in electrolysis water, sewage disposal and other fields.

The advantage of the titanium anode for elextrolyzer

1. Titanium anode  for electrolyzer is stable in size, and electrode distance will not change during electrolysis process, so as to perform electrolysis under stable bath voltage;

2. Working voltage is low, power consumption is low, and current consumption is reduced by 10-20%;

3. Titanium anode is featured with long service life and strong corrosion resistance;

4. The problem of dissolving graphite anode and lead anode is avoided, and the problem of contaminating electrolysis liquid and cathode product is avoided;

6. In chlor-alkali production, use of titanium anode ensures high product quality, high purity of chlorine gas, no carbon dioxide, high alkali concentration and lower energy consumption.

7. The problem of short circuit is avoided in case that the lead anode is deformed, and the current efficiency is improved;

8. The shape is easy to form and the precision is improved;

9. Titanium substrate can be recycled.

10. Low over-potential, easy elimination of bubble on surface between electrodes and bubble of electrode, and low voltage of electrolysis bath.
