Electrolyzed NaClO Disinfectant Generator

The Electrolyzed NaClO Disinfectant Generator also known as a Sodium Hypochlorite Generator is an integrated water treatment disinfection device that produces sodium hypochlorite (NaClO) solution on‑site through the electrolysis of low‑concentration brine.

Electrolyzed NaClO Disinfectant Generator works on electrochlorination chemical process which uses water, common salt and electricity to produce Sodium Hypochlorite(NaClO). The brine solution (or sea water) is made to flow through an electrolyzer cell, where direct current is passed which leads to Electrolysis. Electrolyzed NaClO Disinfectant Generator produces Sodium Hypochlorite instantaneously which is a strong disinfectant. 

1. The cell is installed herizontally.

2. When the electrolyzer is started, the water is first connected and then powered on; when it is closed, the power is cut off first and then the water is cut off.

3. The water pressure is 0.1~ 0.4mpa, and the outlet shall not be closed during use, otherwise the electrolyzer will be damaged.

5. The terminals on both sides of the electrolyzer are connected to positive and negative poles, and the electricity must be DC power supply. Adjust the electricity size according to the PH level required (the electricity size varies according to the water quality, so it is necessary to start from the small electricity experiment, and it is recommended to start with 0.3A electricity)

6. Can't reverse the pole.

7. Not collision, Please use it at normal temperature.
