Plated titanium anode is producing  according to Baoji Ruicheng Titanium Industry Co., Ltd.

 Plated titanium anode is insoluble anode, It is coated with noble metal oxide coating  and high electro-chemical catalysis performance on (net, plate, strip or tubular) titanium substrate. Novel insoluble titanium anode has high electro-chemical catalysis performance,  the oxygen evolution over-potential is  0.5V lower than lead alloy insoluble anode. The insoluble titanium anode is featured with best energy conservation, no pollution, high stability to plating liquid,It is  light weight and easy change. In comparison with platinum-plated insoluble anode, the novel insoluble Plated titanium anode is lower in oxygen evolution over-potential and is  more longer in service life which is greater than 2 time. The insoluble plate titanium anode can be used as anode or auxiliary anode in most of electroplating processes and it can replace conventional lead-base alloy anode. ,It also save electric consumption and can ensure good electro-chemical stability and long service in life in the electroplating process. The anode can be widely used in all kinds of plating and electroplating industries of other non-ferrous metals.
