II. Introduction of RC-002 HClO Generator:
HClO disinfectant is a new disinfection product, which has been proved to be one of the safe, effective and environmental protection disinfection products. It can be confirmed that HClO is the future direction and trend of sterilization. There are three main production methods of HClO solution: First use is electrolytic dilute hydrochloric acid, Second use is made of weak acid and sodium hypochlorite ratio, and Third use is electrolytic saturated brine. Dilute hydrochloric acid and sodium hypochlorite are highly corrosive, which can easily cause damage to operators and equipment. The preparation of HClO by electrolysis of saturated salt water is quite safe and will not pose any threat to people, equipment and the environment. The entire production process is free from any potential hazards. RC-002 HClO generator is defined as the manufacturer of "safe and non-toxic" bactericidal products. It is widely used for disinfection and sterilization of household daily cleaning, fruit and vegetable cleaning, agricultural planting, farming, horticulture, public environment, medical equipment, skin mucosa and other aspects.
III. Product overview
RC-002 HClO generator is a new equipment used in the field to produce HClO , It is suitable for all kinds of HClO disinfection enviroment. Electrochemical activation technology was used to produce a high concentration and high stability HClO solution with only salt and water as raw materials through the RC-002 HCLO Generator. The pH value was between 2.0-12.0, and the REDOX potential value (ORP) was more than 1100mv.the effective chlorine concentration was 50-800ppm,RC HClO was stored under closed shading for one year at room temperature, and its effective chlorine decreased by no more than 6%.The entire production process is free from any potential hazards.

VII. Notice
1. Ensure that NaCl is fully dissolved and the interior of the dissolved salt box is clean, so as to prevent un-dissolved particles from blocking the pipeline.
2. Do not turn on the power supply before water outlet, so as to avoid damage to the internal structure of the electrolytic cell.
3. Do not run for long at maximum power to avoid burning out the dc power supply
VIII. Frequently problem and solutions
1. When the putout goes down: Increase the amount of salt solution injected
2. When the active chlorine concentration goes down: a) increase the amount of salt solution injected. b) Increase the current. c) Reduce the outlet flow.
3. When the alkaline water increases: Turn down the alkaline water outlet valve.

VIIII Preparation before set up
1.1 open the top cover of the device, to the air Switch① access to 220V/50-60HZ power supply
2, the power supply is normal, the indicator ② is always on;
3, the air Switch① before closing, confirm button ③⑤ is in the OFF state;
4, water inlet11 access to municipal tap water, open the valve⑧, close ⑩ emptying valve. Let the softened filtered tap water into the Salt dissolving tank 16;
5, to dissolve the salt tank was added an appropriate amount of NaCl, and allowed to fully dissolve(25 degrees Celsius, per liter of water dissolved up to 350 grams of NaCl);
6, The maximum volume of the salt tank is 50 liters, the liquid level can be observed⑨ scale value.
X Power On
7, Salt tank scale reaches the upper limit, close the valve⑦. Open button③, will hear the salt water metering pump⑥ start work.
8, When water flow out from 17 18, turn on the electrolytic cell power supply⑤(note: remember the electrolytic cell switch to acid, alkali outlet water outflow to open, otherwise easy to damage the electrolytic cell). The equipment starts the producing state.
9, You can adjust the⑥ back button, change the proportion of salt water into the electrolytic cell.
10, According to the scale of the flow meter12 Display, adjust the valve13 can control the flow of the electrolytic water per unit time.
11, Adjust the valve1415 can control the production of acidic water and alkaline water outlet ratio.
12, 17is the outlet of acidic water, 18 is the outlet of alkaline water.
13, Adjust the button④, you can adjust the current and voltage of the electrolytic cell.
XI. Power Off
14, When turned off, first turn off the electrolytic power button⑤, and then turn off the button③.T hen close the valve⑧. Finally, turn off the total power switch①, Close the tap water access valve.
XII. lack of water power protection device
when the inlet pressure is less than ⑲magnetic pressure gauges set pressure, will be through ⑳ circuit board control AC contactor disconnected,Stop the entire device ,So as to achieve the protection of equipment internal electrical components and electrolytic cell functions.

Guide to use RC-002 HClO Generator
1. Plug the equipment into 220V/50-60HZ power supply, turn on the main power switch, and the indicator light of the equipment is on.
2. Connect the equipment to municipal tap water, open the salt-dissolving tank valve, and let the tap water enter the salt-dissolving tank through softening filter tank. The amount of water can be observed by the salt-dissolving tank scale. Add the appropriate granulated salt to the brine tank and allow it to dissolve fully.
3. Turn on the start button of the salt adding device to let the tap water and salt water filtered through softening enter the electrolytic cell until water flows out from the outlet.
4. Open the power button of electrolytic cell, and the equipment will enter the production state.
5. According to the output and product requirements, observe the numerical regulation flow rate displayed by the flowmeter and the salt adding device and the amount of salt water added.
