How Sodium Hypochlorite Generator Works
the sodium hypochlorite solution is generated, the dissolved salt water is softened first, and then enters the dissolved salt tank. The concentrated salt water is equal to the tap water, and flows into the diluted salt water tank, where it is diluted to 3%-5% dilute salt water. The electrolytic cell electrolyzes the brine to produce sodium hypochlorite solution and a small amount of hydrogen gas. The hydrogen gas is discharged to the outside through the hydrogen exhaust device, while the sodium hypochlorite solution flows into the liquid storage tank. Finally, the metering pump sends the generated sodium hypochlorite solution to the facilities that need disinfection treatment.
