1.Gr5 titanium bar is one of the most common titanium products.

It is the base material for further processing of many titanium products. Larger diameter titanium rods can be produced directly by forging. We have free forging equipment which helps to produce large size titanium rods. During the forging process, the titanium ingot deforms uniformly from inside to outside in a short time, which improves the mechanical properties of titanium.Material is much better than hammer forging; The small diameter titanium rod can be produced after several times of rolling and annealing, and finally the titanium oxide layer is removed by mechanical processing.

2.Applications of Gr5 titanium rod

Gr5 titanium rods can be used in aircraft engines, spare parts, chemical equipment parts (reactors, pipes, heat exchangers and valves), ship hulls, Bridges, medical implants, artificial bones and sports products, and consumer products. Titanium rods are also used as titanium fasteners such as titanium bolts and nuts.
