Unalloyed Loose Flange

Unalloyed titanium loose flange is a flange that is loosely set on the edge of a container or pipe.   unalloyed titanium loose Flange is the shaft and shaft connected parts, used for the connection between the pipe end;  Also used in equipment inlet and outlet flange, used to connect between the equipment.  

Unalloyed Looping flange is a unalloyed  loose flange. Unalloyed  loose Flange can be made by flanging, direct car or welding ring.  The advantage is that the flange deformation does not produce additional torque on the container or pipeline, easy to manufacture, can be made of different materials from the container or pipeline, easy to save precious metals.  The disadvantage of the flange  is larger thickness .  Suitable for containers or pipelines lined with brittle materials and low pressure occasions.
