The largest titanium alloy extrusion equipment production line was successfully put into production in BaoTi

Recently, the largest titanium alloy extrusion equipment in China, 6300 tons of titanium alloy extrusion production line, which is supplied to Baoji Titanium Industry Co., Ltd. in a complete set by The State Machinery Heavy Industry Institute of China, succeeded in the one-time thermal load test. 

It is reported that 6300 tons of titanium alloy extrusion production line is the core equipment of Baoti's "high-quality titanium ingot, pipe profile production line construction project". The maximum outer diameter of seamless titanium alloy pipe produced is φ 325mm, and the maximum cross-sectional area of titanium alloy profile is 5000mm². 

This project fills in the blank of extrusion forming equipment and technology of high performance and large section complex structure titanium alloy profiles in China, and realizes the independent production of large section titanium alloy profiles, which will greatly meet the demand of high performance and complex structure profiles of large section in China's aerospace field. 

China Heavy Duty Institute has adopted a number of new technologies, such as accumulator hydraulic drive high-speed extrusion electro-hydraulic control technology, robot intelligent auxiliary system, to achieve high reliability automatic production of titanium alloy extrusion.  At present, the production line system control precision, excellent product quality, users praise.
