Products Description
This ion-membrane electrolysis cell is a high-efficiency electrochemical system designed to generate two functional solutions in a single process: hypochlorous acid (HClO) and sodium hydroxide (NaOH). By electrolyzing a sodium chloride (NaCl) solution, the cell separates the anolyte and catholyte compartments using a cation exchange membrane, enabling the simultaneous production of a disinfectant (HClO) at the anode and an alkaline solution (NaOH) at the cathode.
The ion membrane prevents mixing of the two products while allowing selective ion migration, ensuring high purity and consistent concentration of both output solutions. This makes the system suitable for applications ranging from disinfection and sterilization to pH adjustment and cleaning.
