Main components of  cyclone electrolytic titanium anode include:  

 (1) Cathode group: the cathode of the electrolytic device, which is the main part of the electrolytic device.  The plate is made of 150mm (219) diameter stainless steel tube or titanium tube, and the powder is made of 200mm diameter stainless steel tube or titanium tube.  

 (2) Anode component: it is the core component of the device, with a diameter of 108mm and made of titanium coated SC3.  In order to adapt to different environmental media, the coating formula will be different.  

 (3) End (ABS) : the end of the electrolytic device is processed and formed by ABS plastic molding machine.  This part has the inlet and outlet of the solution and is connected with the corresponding inlet and outlet pipe.  At the same time, the top end part is equipped with a gas outlet.  

 (4) end cover: each end is provided with a end cover, connected in the form of thread.
