Titanium round target process flow  

1. Raw material preparation (select high-quality raw materials, some imported materials to ensure the quality of target materials)

Component quality control  of titanium round target

Analysis of raw material composition: through ICP,GDMS and other equipment to detect and analyze the content of metal impurities, to ensure purity standards, through carbon and sulfur analyzer, nitrogen and oxygen analyzer and other equipment to detect the content of non-metal impurities.  

Appearance size detection: through micrometer, caliper to test product size, whether it meets the standard.  The surface cleanliness meter is used to test whether the surface of the product is smooth, burr free, clean and oil-free.  

Outgoing packing of titanium round target: vacuum packing in inner vacuum bag, customized target material box outside, express transportation in carton.  

Storage: after receiving the product, store in a dry environment, sealed package, handle gently, pressure and collision proof.  

Note: before use, observe whether the surface of the target material is clean, put on clean gloves to operate, avoid direct hand contact boredom, do not be polluted by oil and other foreign matters.
