Ruthenium iridium mixed metal oxide titanium electrode refers to pure titanium as the substrate, which can be in the form of titanium rod, titanium plate, titanium mesh, titanium wire, etc.
Using high-purity Grade 1 / Grade 2 titanium as a structural substrate, the electrode is coated with custom formulations of Ruthenium Dioxide and Iridium Dioxide through a multi-pass thermal decomposition process. It offers superior electrical conductivity, low oxygen/chlorine overpotential, and exceptional stability in harsh saline and chemical environments.
Production Process
- Choose material(The material has high purity and good processing performance, generally use Gr1 titanium)
- Cutting(Cutting material according to customer needs)
- Welding(Using argon arc welding, and the welding spot is symmetrical, dense and smooth)
- Sand blasting(Uniform surface with moderate roughness)
- Levelling(Good flatness)
- Acid etching(Remove the surface oxide scale and expose the base material to form titanium hydride)
- Liquid preparation(According to different use environment, different application areas to choose different coating)
- Coating, oxidation(Uniform, no silt, no sagging, no scratch; Sufficient oxidation time, uniform temperature and small deviation)
