Our Titanium Anode Plates consist of a high-purity titanium substrate coated with a Mixed Metal Oxide (MMO) layer. Unlike traditional consumable anodes (such as graphite or lead), titanium anodes offer superior longevity, dimensional stability, and catalytic efficiency.

Application

1.Titanium anode for electrolysis of hydrogen and oxygen

Electrolytic cell is the core part of hydro-electrolytic equiment,and electrode material is the key of electrolytic cell.The performance of electrode determines the voltage level and energy consumption of electrolysis tank,and directly affects the cost.The efficiency of hydrogen produced by water decomposition is generally 75%～85%,and the process is simple and pollution-free.The electrolytic water reaction is carried out in the electrolytic cell,which is filled with electrolytes.Since the conductivity of water is very small,acqueous solution(about 15% concen-tration)with electrolyte is used.

2.Titanium anode for disinfectant water

Acid oxidation potential water generated by electrolysis water has the function of sterillization,and the sterillizaton mechanism is mainly played by hypochlorous acid .In rrecent years,further studies on the sterillization mechanism of acid oxidation potential water have found that hypuchlorous acid can produce active hydroxyi group in the reation process.Under the REDOX potential of 1100mV,reative oxygen species can also generate H2O2,and then generate OH.And OH is a strong oxidant,which can decompose and inactivate the nucleic acid,prote in and metabolic enzyme of bacteria,which is very similar to the bactericidal mechanism of netrophils in vivo.

3.Titanium Electrode for sewage treatment

Wastewater treatment technologies include sedimentation,filtration,flocculation,biodergradation,electrolysis and oxidation.In the treatment of wastewater by electrolysis,the electrode not only plays the role of current transfer,but also plays a catalytic role in the oxidation and degration of organic matter without causing secondary pollution,which is called green water treatment technology.
