The AOPW automatic generation system primarily consists of an electrolysis cell, control electronics, and water channels. The electrolysis cell serves as the core component, converting saline solution into acidic oxidizing potential water through electrolytic processes. The control electronics oversee the system's operation and monitoring, ensuring stable and efficient performance. The water channels are responsible for supplying saline solution and discharging the generated AOPW.

During operation, qualified saline solution is injected into the electrolysis cell, and the control electronics initiate the electrolytic process. In this process, chloride ions in the saline undergo oxidation at the anode, generating chlorine gas that reacts with water to form hypochlorous acid and hydrochloric acid. Simultaneously, reduction reactions occur at the cathode, generating hydrogen gas and hydroxide ions. Ultimately, the resulting acidic oxidizing potential water exhibits strong oxidizing properties, rapidly destroying microbial cell structures to achieve disinfection.
