Production Introduction

Sodium hypochlorite generator is composed of titanium anodes coated with ruthenium-iridium coating. The outer shell is made of high strength transparent resin material. Sodium hypochlorite is prepared by electrolysis with water flow and can work sustainably under specified conditions .

The power supply requirements of Sodium hypochlorite generator  

It should not be directly connected to the ac power of the home, but should be equipped with DC power supply (the coated end is connected to the positive pole, and the uncoated end is connected to the negative pole). The DC voltage should not exceed 30V, and the current intensity should be adjusted according to the electrolytic cell specifications. The current intensity of 50G should not exceed 20A, 100G should not exceed 30A, and 200G should not exceed 40A

Before use, it is necessary to measure the pressure value of the water inlet pump, and the working water pressure is < 0.4mpa (municipal tap water pressure);  Use water purification PE pipe (2 or 3 points), close to the bottom of the water, the outlet end is connected to the temperature probe side

The concentration of injected brine is generally kept at 3%-5%, and the minimum control amount of water flow mainly depends on the temperature change in the electrolytic cell (the temperature cannot exceed 40 degrees Celsius), but also can be adjusted according to the current situation and the effective chlorine content of the final electrolytic disinfectant. The greater the water flow, the lower the effective chlorine under the same conditions

2, the current and voltage can not exceed the specified limit, otherwise it will reduce the life of the electrolytic cell or damage.  

3. Tap water should be purified before dispensing salt water (TDS value less than 100 is appropriate), otherwise it will accelerate electrode scaling and affect electrolytic efficiency.  

4, after scaling, cleaning can be used citric acid or white vinegar weak acid immersion cleaning, don't try to use strong acid
