What is the manufacturing method of titanium welding tube?  

Titanium welded tube is made of cold rolled thin sheet coil (titanium coil), according to the circumference of the outer diameter of the finished pipe and then subtract the width required by the weld as the width of the strip, such strip after continuous roll forming, TIG welding is the finished product.  Production pipe diameter size range of 10~50mm, wall thickness of 0. 3~ 2mm.  After welding, there is no need to hammer welding slag and grinding, the surface is very smooth, but also can be expanded pipe, bending pipe and other secondary processing, and seamless pipe almost has a difference.

Titanium welded pipe is mainly used for condensers in power plants, various heat exchangers in seawater desalination equipment, as well as bicycle frames and motorcycle mufflers.
