     Aiming at the problems of straight side length, unstable quality and long processing cycle when titanium alloy cylindrical parts are formed by conventional rolling process, typical aerospace products are selected to verify the two-axis flexible rolling bending process of titanium alloy.


    The test results show that the two-axis flexible roll-bending has strong forming ability, no need for multiple roll-bending, and the obtained workpiece has short straight sides, and the forming cycle of a single titanium alloy cylindrical part can be controlled within 1min; The application of elastic materials improves the forming accuracy of titanium alloys, and the obtained test pieces all meet the requirements of forming technical indicators; the classical bending springback formula can be used to calculate the rigid roller diameter during two-axis flexible roll bending of titanium alloys, and the obtained workpiece inner surface curvature radius The deviation between the theoretical value and the actual value is within 0.7mm. Therefore, the two-axis flexible roll-bending technology can realize high-efficiency and high-quality cold forming of titanium alloy cylindrical parts, and has good engineering application prospects.
