The application of titanium alloy in smart wear

Titanium alloy is an advanced lightweight structural material, with the advantages of lower density than stainless steel, good biocompatibility, high texture, no magnetic, no allergy, excellent corrosion resistance, and high specific strength, and has gradually become one of the favored materials of consumer electronics products. At present, many wearable products, including smart watches, smart glasses, smart rings and so on, are increasingly using titanium alloy to prepare appearance parts and key components.

According to the current market application, in smart watches, titanium alloy can be used in the watchframe and case of the watch; in smart glasses, titanium alloy can be used in hinge and frame; and in smart ring, titanium alloy is often used to make the whole ring.
