Titanium anode for sewage treatment 's principle as following:
The ammonia nitrogen in wastewater mainly exists in two forms: ammonium salt (NH4+) and free ammonia (NH3). The removal of ammonia nitrogen must be under certain conditions to maximize the conversion of ammonium salt (NH4+) into free ammonia (NH3).The titanium anode for electrocatalytic oxygen, ammonia and nitrogen wastewater treatment produced by Baoji Ruicheng Titanium Metal Co., Ltd. can produce a large number of atomic and ionic active groups such as O, H, N, OH, CH, CH2 during electrolysis. Under catalytic action, the ammonium salt in the wastewater can be converted into free ammonia to the maximum extent possible; at the same time, the partial pressure of ammonia in the wastewater and other mixed gases is reduced, and the desorbed process and transfer rate of free ammonia release are accelerated, so that the converted free ammonia can be quickly and fully separated from the wastewater.This composite catalyst also has strong redox properties and has chemical nitrification and denitrification effects on wastewater. It can convert free ammonia and other nitrogen-containing substances in wastewater into ammonia gas through nitrification and then through denitrification.
