What are the advantages of titanium anodes?

(1)The size of the anode is stable, and the distance between electrodes does not change during the electrolytic process, which can ensure that the electrolytic operation is conducted under the  stable cell voltage condition.  

(2)Low operating voltage,so its power consumption is small,and the DC power consumption can be reduced by 10%-20%.

(3)Long service life. In the chlorine industry produced by diaphragm method, the metal anode is resistant to chlorine and alkali corrosion, and the anode serviceable  life has reached more than 6A, while the graphite anode only has 8 months.  

(4)It can overcome the dissolution problem of graphite anode and lead anode,  and the contamination of electrolyte and cathode products can be avoided.thus to improve the purity of metal products.
