In order to improve the equipment performance and structural efficiency, reduce the weight of the structure, shorten the production cycle and control the cost, the consumption of titanium alloy parts of new military aircraft, civil large passenger aircraft and various aircraft engines is increasing, and the overall proportion of titanium alloy components is increasing.For example, blades and bladed discs are replaced by integral bladed discs, multiple frame beams are replaced by integral frames, and the diameter of engine casing and drum is becoming larger and larger. In recent years, a number of large die forging forming equipment has been put into production in China, and large tonnage moulding  technology has developed rapidly.A large number of components are adopted from the beginning of the design in new military aircraft and large aircraft. Related parts,titanium alloy rod and forging billet are widely used with different size, and the preparative technique of large titanium alloy ingot, rod and forging billet is still one of the important directions of the technical development of the industry.
